Tim is a native of East Providence, Rhode Island, and holds degrees from the University of Rochester (B.A.) and Duke University (J.D., M.A.) Tim has been in practice for over thirty years, first in New York City, followed by Boston, but has resided in Atlanta since 1995. Tim’s practice has been exclusively in litigation with a focus on the following:
